Keep the whole job together.
Keep the customer details, approved quote, job notes and service history attached to the same piece of work. The next person can see what has already been agreed.
Less retyping and chasing for details
Custom software for your business
Your company has its own way of selling, delivering and looking after customers. We build the software to run those processes together, then support and improve it with you.
Start with one process or connect the whole operation.
01 / Fewer manual handovers
A quote changes, but the schedule has the old details. Someone retypes the job, checks the stock and calls the customer back. We help you replace those handovers with a system your teams can work from.
Keep the customer details, approved quote, job notes and service history attached to the same piece of work. The next person can see what has already been agreed.
Less retyping and chasing for detailsSee which jobs are waiting, who is responsible and what needs approval. Give each team the information and actions it needs to move the work forward.
A clear owner and next step for each jobWho can approve a discount? When should stock be reserved? What needs checking before a job closes? We work through these decisions with you and build the agreed rules into your system.

Equipment installation & ongoing care
The coordinator receives the accepted quote with the equipment list, customer details and site requirements attached.
Site access and customer requirements stay attached to the job.
An illustrative concept, using fictional records. Your screens, business rules and integrations are agreed during discovery.
03 / From the first meeting to daily use
We learn how the work gets done, build the agreed system and help your people use it. After launch, we maintain it and plan future changes within your agreed development allowance or a separate scope.
A map of your workflows, the changes you want to make and a defined scope for the first release.
You can see what is included, what comes later and how we will check that the first release is ready.
The scope and fees are agreed in writing. Setup payments follow agreed milestones.
Your people review the workflows before they rely on them.
Your retainer defines support limits and any included development capacity.
04 / The investment
Your setup fee covers the agreed implementation. Start with a focused workflow and ongoing support, or include monthly development capacity to keep improving your operations.
Focused implementation / What the work includes
For a business starting with one defined workflow that our existing software foundation can support.
USD, excluding taxes. Your proposal defines user capacity, support limits, included running costs and any development allowance. Additional development, major modules, migrations and integrations are separately scoped and priced unless expressly included.
Launch pricing for agreed scopes. Setup is paid against agreed milestones; your operating retainer begins at launch. We confirm the final price and included work in your proposal before you commit.
Before we begin
Yes. A smaller business can start with one process that is costing time or causing mistakes. We discuss the problem, your budget and the work involved before recommending a scope. The number of people in your company is only one part of that decision.
We use a reusable software foundation, then build your agreed workflows around it. That includes the screens your team uses, your terminology, who can see or approve what, and the reports you need. Discovery establishes what can be configured and what needs custom development.
Your operating retainer begins at launch. Focused covers running and maintaining the agreed system, with support within defined limits. Connected also includes an agreed allowance for improvements. Complex engagements are priced around the support and development capacity you need. Your proposal sets the response expectations, included running costs and any development allowance; work outside it is quoted separately.
We review the tools you want to keep and how they allow data to be shared. We then agree which connections are practical, what they will cost and which records need to move. Any third-party fees are identified as part of that scope.
We agree what each workflow must do and how it will be checked before rollout. Your team reviews the system as it is built, then we test the agreed processes, prepare the data and train the people who will use it. The delivery plan reflects that work and your team’s readiness.
Tell us how your business runs, what is difficult to manage and what you want to change. We will discuss whether custom software is a sensible fit and what to explore next. The first conversation is free; any paid discovery work is explained before you agree to it.
