What you send us

The form requires your name, email address and company. You may also provide your phone number, workflow choices, message, team size and preferred timing. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive information about your customers.

We save the date, a submission reference and the website button used to open the form. If your link includes campaign labels, we also save its source, medium and campaign name. These labels are limited in length and are sent with your enquiry; we do not use them to identify your activity across other sites or sessions. We do not collect the full referring address, other query parameters or a browsing history in the enquiry record.

How we use and store it

We use your details to understand your request, respond to you and discuss a possible project. Your complete enquiry is saved in a private Cloudflare D1 database and sent to our private CRM Hub workspace for follow-up. CRM delivery may be retried if it is interrupted. A saved-form confirmation is not an appointment or an email delivery confirmation.

Kaylie reviews enquiries and responds manually. The website does not send an automatic email acknowledgement. Our business mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Messages sent through CRM Hub may be delivered by Resend; reply correspondence is handled in our business mailbox and may be imported into the related CRM conversation.

Our website, CRM hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Their infrastructure may process information outside South Africa. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising targeting.

Website operation and campaign labels

Our form does not send draft details before you submit. Campaign labels are kept only in the current page’s memory until submission; the site does not set advertising cookies or store these labels in your browser between visits.

Cloudflare processes request information to host and protect the website. The form uses a daily hashed network address to limit abuse, and operational logs record delivery status without including message content or contact details. Our site policy blocks external analytics scripts. Campaign reporting uses the labels attached to submitted enquiries.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry information while it is needed for the conversation, a resulting business relationship, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no automatic deletion timer for website enquiries; access, correction and deletion requests are reviewed manually across the website database, CRM and relevant correspondence.

To request a copy, correction or deletion, email hello@daytodayos.com, ideally from the address used for your enquiry. Include your submission reference if you have it. We may need to verify that the request is yours before sharing or changing information.
